If you email Open English Practice, we receive the email address and any information you choose to share in your message. Razorpay checkout may collect contact and payment details required by that payment provider. We use relevant information to answer enquiries, verify enrolments and coordinate classes.
Payment processing
Payments are completed on Razorpay's hosted pages, not stored as card information on this website. Razorpay processes payment information under its own policies. Please review those policies at checkout.
How we use your information
We use relevant contact and booking details to communicate course information, coordinate Google Meet sessions, provide learning support and resolve payment or refund enquiries. We do not sell student contact details to advertisers.
Services involved
We do not use a website contact form. Course enquiries and support are handled through email. Course delivery uses Google Meet, and Razorpay processes hosted payments. These services have their own privacy practices and terms.
Retention and requests
Course communications and transaction records are kept for legitimate educational, financial and administrative purposes as needed. To ask about access, correction or deletion where applicable, email hello@openenglishpractice.in. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
